Exercising in the Big Outdoors

See I have proof, we went for our walk Saturday out at Big Creek. I think if I went out there everyday and walked as far as we do, that I definetely would lose the weight. BUT, things happen, and it’s not a very short drive from my house. So we usually settle for weekends, sometimes a couple of times per week. (more…)
