HELP!!! I woke up FAT!!!!

You’ve heard comedians say it… and it always get’s a good laugh. But, I literally woke up the other morning and discovered I have went from PHAT to FAT! …. ugh!!!! I kind of suspected it was sneaking up on me before when the cubical isles at work were getting narrower or you have to do that quick duck into a cube entrance to avoid bumping into someone… jeez what happened to me.
